When the computer is authorized to make the repair or service, our customers will be asked to agree to this as follows:

Chargeback/Customer Satisfaction Policy:

All consultations and services provided by Live PC Help LLC are to be charged after the free consultation has expired and the DocuSign agreement between Live PC Help LLC and the customer is signed. Once the contract is agreed upon, Live PC Help and the customer are bound by the agreement in all terms including services charges. If the customer is not satisfied, they may call in to Live PC Help and request another diagnostics and discuss further options. If the customer at any time decides to chargeback the amount after the agreement, they may be liable to action that Live PC Help takes. These actions can include but may not be limited to legal action, collection agencies, and financial/asset loss. The customer will be liable for all attorney fees and other fees as well as the service fees in this case, with no limitation to the fees that may have occurred.

Governing Law: This Contract shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

Warranty: Live PC Help shall provide its services and meet its obligations under this Contract in a timely and workmanlike manner, using knowledge and recommendations for performing the services which meet generally acceptable standards in Live PC Help’s community and region, and will provide a standard of care equal to, or superior to, care used by service providers similar to Live PC Help on similar projects.

Amendment: This Contract may be modified or amended in writing by mutual agreement between the parties, if the writing is signed by the party obligated under the amendment.

Privacy Policy: At Live PC Help we strive to make the customers always feel safe and a part of our family. We do not give any customer information at any time or circumstance to anyone. We will have a record of your customer information for our records and legal purposes.
